Mugwort leaf and ginger slices sit alongside rose flower, dried tangerine peel, Sichuan peppercorn, mulberry twig, and sea salt in our own seven-ingredient blend. Familiar ingredients, brought together for a ritual you can make your own.

Why we made this blend
We made this blend to save you the work of finding and preparing each ingredient separately. Mugwort leaf, ginger, flowers, peel, peppercorn, mulberry twig, and sea salt are already brought together in the sachet.
You can see the blend, read the ingredient list, and reach for a prepared portion when you want a foot soak. That straightforward format is at the heart of our own DemiBu product.

A blend you can see
The mix has a texture you can see through the sachet. Flowers, leaves, peel, slices, and small pieces come together with sea salt, rather than disappearing behind an unnamed blend.

Find a comfortable seat. Set your basin nearby. Let a warm foot soak mark the shift from doing things to taking your time. A book is welcome. So is doing nothing at all.
06 · Instructions
How to use
- Place one intact sachet in a clean foot basin.
- Carefully add 1–2 L (approximately 1–2 qt) of hot water and steep for 5–10 minutes. Keep your feet out of the basin during this step.
- Add cool water until the water is comfortably warm and deep enough for soaking.
- Test the water temperature with your hand or a bath thermometer before placing your feet in the basin.
- Remove and discard the sachet after use. Do not reuse.
Safety Note: Never place your feet in boiling or excessively hot water. Let the prepared soak cool and always test the water before use. See the safety warnings below.
07 · Routine
Seven sachets at your own pace
Each box contains seven single-use sachets, enough for seven soaks when used as directed. Keep them for the evenings when you want to make time for a foot soak.
Keep the remaining sachets sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight until your next soak.
