Returns
Our primary return location is our California warehouse, but every return or exchange must be reviewed by our staff before shipment. After reviewing the order, item, and reason, we will confirm whether the item should be returned to the California warehouse or another designated return location. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will also confirm whether a return is required and whether DemiBu will cover return shipping. Do not send anything until we provide the exact return address and instructions.
