Where we ship
DemiBu currently accepts orders for delivery within the United States only.
Shipping origin
U.S. warehouse stocking is underway. Until inventory has physically arrived and been activated in the U.S., all current orders are fulfilled from our Beijing warehouse and ship from China by international courier. Each product page shows the current shipping origin.
U.S. shipping rates
- Orders under $79 USD: $8.99 USD standard tracked shipping
- Orders of $79 USD or more: free standard tracked shipping
Estimated delivery time
Delivery estimates are counted in business days and are not guarantees.
- Current orders — China: 2–5 business days to process, then typically 7–15 business days in international transit. Estimated total: 9–20 business days.
- After U.S. stock is activated: When a product page explicitly shows California fulfillment, the estimate will be 1–2 business days to process plus typically 3–7 business days in transit. Estimated total: 4–9 business days.
Customs review, carrier delays, severe weather, peak seasons, and incomplete delivery details can extend these estimates. Once U.S. inventory is activated, an order containing products from different origins may arrive in separate packages.
Duties, taxes, and carrier fees
Shipping charges collected by DemiBu are shown at checkout. For an item shipped from China, U.S. customs or the carrier may assess import duties, taxes, processing fees, or other charges. Unless the product page or order confirmation expressly says those charges are included, the recipient is responsible for amounts requested by customs or the carrier. These amounts are separate from DemiBu’s checkout shipping charge.
Tracking and delivery details
Tracking information is emailed after dispatch. A carrier may request a delivery phone number for a China-origin shipment. Review your address and contact details before placing the order, and email hello@demibu.co promptly if a correction is needed before dispatch.
